Official launch of the Harmathèque

The Africa Governance Institute is pleased to announce the opening of its Harmathèque Interface. Through this space you can freely access to about 500 electronic books available in French.

The Harmathèque is a complete and unlimited digital catalog. The service of Harmathèque offers free access to the catalog where one can download digital files legally.
